About the Founder

Ashley is a Florida attorney and litigation strategist who works with legal professionals to analyze complex legal issues, strengthen arguments, and approach cases with thoughtful strategy from the earliest stages of litigation.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 and began her legal career working with criminal defense and criminal appellate attorneys in California, where she assisted with legal research, case analysis, and preparation for court proceedings. Ashley also contributed to state prison resentencing reform efforts through work that involved analyzing inmate case files and assisting with prosecutor-initiated resentencing presentations.

Ashley later earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in May 2024 while working various roles in a law firm environment across multiple areas of law, including civil litigation, business, estate planning, real estate, and tax law.

She was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in April 2025 and founded AC Legal Consulting to provide strategic insight and mentorship to attorneys and legal professionals seeking to strengthen their legal analysis and litigation strategy. Ashley also owns her own law firm serving clients in Florida.

Ashley believes that strong cases are built through careful preparation, clear reasoning, and strategic thinking because when the gavel drops, the outcome should never be a surprise.
